This project models the Nanog, Oct4 and Tet1 gene regulatory network to explore how temporary interventions can establish a stable state associated with pluripotency. We compare forward Euler and Runge–Kutta 45 simulations, examining how regulatory feedback and the leukaemia inhibitory factor (LIF) affect whether elevated protein expression persists after stimulation is removed.
