Hello, I'm Joe;
a physics-driven gameplay programmer exploring how machine learning can shape interactive experiences.
Raised in Southeast London, I moved to Sweden to study theoretical physics at Lund University.
All the while, evenings and weekends were devoted to reading about game development and tinkering away.
After completing a machine-learning-focused thesis, I enrolled to study game programming at Futuregames Stockholm.
That led to 2½ years of building virtual reality games at Neat Corp before settling in Malmö.
I'm now working part-time on Sony's Advanced Content Creation team whilst studying a master's in computational physics at Lund University.
My ongoing focus is exploring how machine learning can shape interactive experiences.
I strive to: "Learn the rules like a pro, so you can break them like an artist."
